Taylored Expressions Calendar Challenge September!

Hi all! Welcome to the September edition of the Taylored Expressions Monthly Calendar Challenge!   You are all invited to play along. All you need to do is use any calendar product from the TE store and link your project to the Inlinkz button on Taylor's blog.  If you play along in 10 or more of the monthly challenges, you will be entered in a drawing to win a TE prize pack valued at over $150!!  Please use the keyword TECALCHALwhen entering your project to online galleries.  Getting a late start?  It's perfectly okay, all you need to do is link up your projects at any time in the coordinating month's Inlinkz on Taylor's blog before December 31st.
I will be using the Perpetual Calendar each month. The Perpetual Occasions calendar is the perfect solution for keeping track of birthdays, anniversaries, and other important occasions!! The calendar is printed on sturdy 100 lb. white cardstock with blank inserts separating each month. The blank inserts can be decorated any way you choose. It can be used year after year and it makes a wonderful gift. You can see all the Fabulous calendar products HERE
For my September  page I chose to use the Happy Trails set! I just LOVE all the Fun Camping images, and fun sentiments too! I created my Sweet camping scene with a bit of masking, Memento Tuxedo Black inkPeeled paint and Crushed Olive Distress inks.. I colored it up with my trusty Copics and and added my fluffy clouds with the TE Clouds Border Die, Tumbled Glass Distress ink and a small stippling brush. I cut it out and scored the edges with the help of my Score Buddy for a nice clean look and popped it up with a bit of foam tapeFor my mats and BG layers, I chose a combination of Bazzil Basics Candle CS and dp's from October Afternoon's 8x8 9 to 5 collection.Border Die. And to finish it all up I added more shading with Tumbled Glass Distress ink and stamped a few more Sweet Pine trees and also my cute little sign post  together with the Happy Camper Sentiment using Vintage Photo Distress ink for a Fun decorative touch...8-)

And be sure to stop by and see what the rest of the Baker's Dozen have created with their calendars:

Here are the Supplies I used for my Project today and you can find them at the TE Store..

Hope you all have a Fabulous day & thanks so much for Stopping in! 8-)

  14. I don't know why I am laughing but your card is so cute and you have done a wonderful job with it. Of course if you had seen a bear so up close and personal the way you have you might not laugh either. Believe me Shannon - they stink!!!!! And they destroy everything in their path. But your card is so cute and I did laugh. Good luck to the people in the camper!!!
