Warm Wishes for a Happy New Year - Whimsie Doodles

Hi All! Hope you've all been having a Super weekend so far... Today I'm back to share my latest Whimsie Doodles, Doodlelicious Diva creation featuring the Absolutely Darling Penguins image!! Aren't they just the Cutest! 8-) I just Love them all bundled up & playing in the snow! Thought They'd make a Perfect Snow Globe scene...8-)
I did a little paper piecing for the snow globe base & Colored up the rest of my Cutie Patooties with my trusty Copics & popped them up with a bit of foam tape...

I paired them up with some Sweet Echo Park 'Tis the Season 6x6 dp's & a few emboss resist snowflakes too. I used TE Dies for my Snow Globe and added a cheery polkadot bow just for fun...;-)

Merry Christmas Everyone!... 8-)

Hi all! And a VERY Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays to everyone celebrating this season! 8-) Just wanted to drop in with a Super quick post to wish everyone a Wonderfully Blessed Christmas! 8-) Sure do hope you are celebrating with all your nearest and dearest! 8-)  Well I know you all keep hearing about how I've been up to my eye-balls doing lots & LOTS of baking! lol.. So thought I'd share a quick shot of how my little Christmas workshop looks after all the baking is done & all the goodies are packaged up right before we drop them off to our friends & neighbors. Here's just a small sampling...;-)
My Hubby thought this would make the perfect pic for Todays Post. He said, "You baked it all up and put it all together with lots of love and it looks so Christmasy, you should post it".. ;-)  Awww, Thanks Honey... ;-) Here's a link to the Free Printable Chalkboard style labels I found on Pinterest by Lia Griffith that I chose for packaging up my edibles this year... I just Love how these all turned out! ;-)

Okay you guys, I am off the the Fire Station to drop off lots of yummy baked goodies for my Sweet Hubby & his fellow firefighters having to work today. And Lucky me they are making Prime Rib for Christmas Dinner! Yum! And no dishes to wash either! lol. Gotta Love that! ;-)

You are Going Places - TE's December SOTM! 8-)

Hi All! And a Very Happy Wednesday to you! 8-)  Today I am back with a Super Quick post to share my latest creation made with TE's December Stamp of the Month Club Kit As I am up to my Eyeballs with last minute Holiday preparations and Lots and LOTS of Baking, lol Wish I had 2 of me this time of year, lol... ;-)  But, I digress, lol... I Just LOVE how versatile these Awesome kits are, not only do they coordinates just Perfectly with the Key Ingredient  patterned papers! They also stand alone or combined with other dp's just as Wonderfully too! What can I say, Smart Clever things like that just  Make my day! ;-)
For my projects today, I thought I'd whip up a couple of motivational/encouragement type cards one a bit masculine & one a bit feminine... Both just Perfect for the upcoming New Year for all those resolutions and fun new journey's we're all about to be embarking upon!...8-) And you know I'm loving how quick and easy this Fun set made it to put them together too! Yay!...;-) My Masculine version was put together with TE's Choice Kraft CS, TE's Choice Buttercream CS, Simple Stories Urban Traveler 6x6 collection, Doodlebugs Happy Harvest 6x6 collection,TE's Build a Scene Rolling Hills Dies, TE's Enjoy the Journey Dies, foam tape, a touch of Vintage Photo Distress ink. My Sweet Going Places Bicycle & Sentiment was stamped with Memento Rich Cocoa... ;-)
For my Cheery Feminine version, I put it all together with TE's December KI Kit, TE's Choice Buttercream CS, TE's Picket Fence Border Die, TE's Grass Border Die, TE's Enjoy the Journey Dies, foam tape, a touch of shading with Vintage Photo Distress ink, and my Sweet Going Places Bicycle was stamped with Colorbox Magenta Red ink...8-)

Let it Snow! - Whimsie Doodles! 8-)

Hi All! Hope you've all been having a Super week so far... Today I'm back to share my latest Whimsie Doodles, Doodlelicious Diva creation featuring the Absolutely Darling Building a Buddy image!! Isn't he just the Cutest! 8-) I just Love him all bundled up & playing in the snow!...8-)
I did a little paper piecing & Colored up the rest of my Cutie Patooties with my trusty Copics & added some fun Liquid Applique too...

I paired him up with some Sweet Simple Stories December Documented 6x6 dp's & a few emboss resist snowflakes too. I used a TE Die for my Whimsie doodles sentiment banner & added some die cut snowflakes I had tucked away in my stash...;-)

Whimsie Doodles December Photo Inspiration Challenge - Chillin' with my Snowmies! 8-)

Hi all! And a Very Happy Sunday to you! 8-) This month over at the Whimsie Doodles blog, we having a Photo Inspiration Challenge! Whoo Hoo! And what a Daling inspiration pic it is too! So Hope you will whip up something inspired by this Sweet little Snowman & come join in the fun!..8-)

And here's what I came up with... 8-)
For Todays Fun Challenge, I chose the Super CUTE Snowmies image!... Aren't they the Sweetest Ever!! 8-) I did a little paper piecing & colored the rest up with my Trusty Copics, & added a touch of liquid applique just for fun...;-)
I paired them up with Some Fun Echo Park This & That Christmas 6x6 dp's & to finish them up, I added a fun little bow created with ribbon from my stash... Pretty Easy Peasy,huh... 8-)

Whoo Hoo! SUPER Exciting News!! 8-)

Taylored Expressions December Stamp of the Month Blog Hop! 8-)

So without further delay, here's my first make from this Awesome kit!! 8-)

I had so much Fun creating my Sweet Bucketful of Love card!! And I just Love how this turned out too! Believe it or not, it really came together pretty quickly too! Yay!... 8-)  I stamped my fun Going Places Bucket with Memento Tuxedo Black onto TE's Choice Snow White CS, did a little paper piecing & colored the rest up with my trusty Copics. I fussy cut it out added some fun heart confetti's & popped them all up with a bit of foam tape onto a TE's Enjoy the Journey Die Cut, layered onto a TE's Layering Doily Medium Die cut and adhered to a Doily I had tucked away in my stash as well...;-)
My Mats & BG layers were created with the TE's December KI Kit (included with the Deluxe Subscription), TE's Choice Kraft CS, & TE's Banner Stacklets 1. And to finish it all up I just Stamped my Going Places sentiment directly onto my card base with Memento Tuxedo Black. Pretty Easy Peasy, huh?...8-)

Merry...Christmas - Whimsie Doodles


Hi All & a Happy Monday to you! Today I'm back to share my latest Whimsie Doodles, Doodlelicious Diva creation featuring another image from the Darling Holiday Sentiments Digi Set!
As you know from my last Whimsie Doodle's Post, I send out LOOOOOOTS of Handmade Christmas cards each year, lol.  So I have been sharing fun Festive ideas for quick and easy cards created with these Sweet sentiments, lol and there is Absolutely No coloring Required! Gasp! lol...8-)
I paired my Sweet Sentiments up with Echo Park's 'Tis the Season 6x6 dp's & My BG's were created with my Sizzix Snowflake EF and a touch of my Snowcap Paint Dauber, for some fun Distressing...
To finish them all up, I used a bit of foam tape for dimension and added some crinkly seam binding ribbon from my stash for a Festive Vintagey touch! And the Fab Sketch is DS129... ;-)

Taylored Expressions December Spotlight Day - Oh Happy Day! 8-)

Hi All! And a Very Happy Friday to you! 8-) Haven't you just been Loving all the Fabulous New Petite-a-Palooza Goodies? Hope you are Loving them as much as I am! 8-) And even More good news, in case you didn't get a chance to stop by yesterday, All of the new Taylored Expressions products are now available in the New Section of the Store Whoo Hoo!! Time to do some Shopping! Yay! lol 8-)

Well, today I'm back to share it's Designers choice for one last December New Release project! Yay! And I Chose to share the Super Cheery Oh Happy Day set that comes with 4 coordinating dies! I just LOVE these Sweet Cheerful Doodled Flowers!! And knew I just HAD to create a Fun set of Thank You cards with them! 8-)

Love how these sweet cards turned out!! 8-)  I stamped my Sweet Oh Happy Day Flowers with Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto TE's Choice Snow White CS, colored them up with my trusty Copics, cut them out with the coordinating Oh Happy Day Dies and popped them up with a bit of foam tape onto my Fluffy cloud BG's I created with the help of TE's Cloud Border Die, Tumbled Glass Distress ink and a small stippling brush...8-)
I popped my Copic shaded TE Picket Fence Border Die Cuts over my Sweet flowers and topped them off with  Die Cuts created with TE's Grass Border Die as well. My Mats and BG were created with TE's Choice Kraft CS, Bazzill CS's, TE's Small Scallop Border Die and my Swiss Dot EF. To finish them all up I stamped my Oh Happy Day sentiments with Memento Tuxedo Black, directly onto my Focal panels.. Pretty easy peasy, huh?... 8-)
