King of the Castle! - SSS160

Hi all! And Hi all! And a Very Happy Sweet Stop Sketch Saturday to you too! 8-) Hope you all had a Wonderful week! Mine's been busy busy creating in my crafts room, still not quite as ahead as I had hoped to be by now, lol but getting closer.. 8-)  For some reason Life keeps throwing things at me to interfere, with my crafty plans.. lol Does that every happen to anyone else out there? lol.. 8-) Well, today I'm back with the latest  Sweet Stop Sketch Challenge, Yay!  And its definitely a fun one for sure! So without further delay, here's my take on Miss Korin's Fabulous sketch..
I've had this Darling Pearl's Castle Whimsie Doodles image in my stash for a while now. Isn't he Adorable! 8-).. I've been saving it for my Darling Hubby for Father's Day this year and Miss Korin's Fab sketch was just the Perfect fit for this fun little fellow too, so how could I resist! 8-)  I printed him out onto Flourishes Classic White and colored him up with my trusty Copics. I cut him out with the help of my Classic Circles Large and Small Nesties sets and popped him up with a bit of foam tape. My mats and BG layers were created with a combination of aqua CS from my stash and dp's from MME's Good Day Sunshine (Boy) collection. To finish it all up, I just added a fun shell button and a bit of hemp string. Gotta keep to the "less is more" thing when it comes to guy cards!  8-)

Here's Miss Korin's Awesome Sketch..
I sure hope you can play along with us at The Sweet Stop! Can't wait to see what you all come up with this week! And as always, please, make sure to stop by and take a peek at the Darling creations the rest of the Wonderfully Talented Sugar Babies have put together for your inspiration. Leave them a little Love too, it's always greatly Appreciated. 8-)
