Taylored Expressions May Sneak Peeks - Greetings for Him! 8-)
Hi All! And a Very Happy Tuesday to you! Welcome to our May Sneak Peeks! 8-) We have lots of Fun inspiration to share Today through Friday. All of the new products will be available for purchase on Thursday, May 9th at 8 am PST. You'll find it all in the Fresh out of the Oven Department at the Taylored Expressions Store.
Today I am sharing a Fun Project featuring the Brand New Greetings For Him Stamp set and along with the New Band It Die Set and the Graphic Greetings Dad Stamp as well!... 8-)
OMGosh can I just tell you I had so much fun putting together my Fun Father's Day Gift Set for my Darling Hubby! 8-) He's a bit of a popcorn Fanatic! lol ;-) So When I saw Taylor's Awesome Tutorial HERE, I knew it would make an Awesome Popcorn Gift set that he would Love! Is defintiely a Super way to present a gift and you could do so many different variations with it, the possibilities are endless! 8-) Of course I made it in a masculine style and added a coordinating Card to complete the set.. I sure hope he likes it! 8-)
I chose Simple Stories Urban traveler 6x6 collection combined with Bazzill CS, Kraft CS and Choice Buttercream CS The Brand New Band It Dies and TE's Chevron Border Die, a Clear Cardbox and some Fun Test Tubes for my Fun Gift packaging! I stamped my Greetings For Him sentiment with Memento Rich Cocoa and added a touch of shading with Antique Linen Distress ink.
for the Co-ordinating Card I first lightly smudged my black CS with Frost White Color box ink , and **Very importantly, used my embossing buddy BEFORE stamping The Brand New Graphic Greetings Dad image also with Frost White Colorbox ink, and then embossed it with white EP. (The Embossing buddy helps prevent the Embossing powder from sticking anywhere else but the stamped image..) And I added a bit more white ink smudges after embossing just for good measure...8-) I matted my image and popped it up with a bit of foam tape. My BG card bases were created with Bazzill CS, Kraft CS,Choice Buttercream CS, TE's Chevron Border Dies and Simple Stories Urban Traveler 6x6 Paper Pad... And there you have it, pretty easy peasy, huh?...;-)
