Hi All! And a Very Happy Saturday to you! Hope you are all having a Fantastic Weekend! 8-) Mine is Pretty Good So far, Super Busy Busy, but good! 8-) Well I thought I'd pop in real quick today to share my latest Taylored Expressions creation inspired by TE's Awesome Graphic Greetings Graduate ALC...I just LOVE How this stamp makes it so quick and easy it to make Simple but Fun Cards for The Graduates in your life!...8-)
For my Projects today, I wanted my cards to reflect a party going on in honor of the Graduate! Whoo Hoo!! lol 8-) And just for fun this time I thought I'd make a few variations, one more on the Feminine side, one that would be good
for either guys or girls and one that was more on the masculine side.... 8-)
For my focal panels, I first lightly smudged my black CS with Frost White Color box ink , and **Very importantly, used my embossing buddy BEFORE stamping TE's Graphic Greetings Graduate image also with Frost White Colorbox ink, and then embossed it with white EP. (The Embossing buddy helps prevent the Embossing powder from sticking anywhere else but the stamped image..) And I added a bit more white ink smudges after embossing just for good measure...8-)
I matted my images and popped them up with a bit of foam tape. My BG card bases were created with Bazzill CS, Kraft CS, TE's Curly Border Die, Ric Rac Border Die, Chevron Border Dies, the Seeing Stars dies and Doodlbug's Take Note 6x6 Paper Pad... And there you have it, pretty easy peasy, huh?...;-)
The way you created those streamers is pure genius Shannon. This card would make any graduate smile. Hugs!
