Hi All! And a Very Happy Monday to you!! Welcome to our May 2014 Sneak Peeks! 8-) We've got Soo many Fabulous New Goodies this month! We'll be sharing tons of Awesome inspiration all the way through Thursday! Whoo Hoo!! 8-) And I just know you all are going to LOVE Everything! I know I sure have! ;-) & for a little Extra Fun...

***Taylored Expressions is celebrating Release Week with some fabulous giveaways! Visit the TE Blog each Sneak Peek Day this week for details on how you can enter to win.

Also, All of the new products will be available for purchase on Thursday, May 8th at 7 am PST. You'll find it all in the New Department at the Taylored Expressions Store.

Today I am sharing  a couple of Fun Projects and the first one features the Brand New American Flag Cutting Plate, along with the Brand New Banner Stacklets 3 Dies and  the Brand New Patriotic Pose- USA stamp as well! Talk about a Fun combo of Dies to play with! And a Super quick way to put together some Awesome 4th of July cards too! And you know I am just Loving that!... ;-)
I just Love how these turned out too!  My American flags were created with the help of TE's New American Flag Cutting plate, Bazzill CS, American Crafts Glitter Tape and some Fun Patriotic Patterend papers from Pebbles Americana 6x6 collection.
I adhered my Sparkly American Flags onto my TE Choice Kraft Card bases and topped them all off with vellum banners created with TE's New Banner Stacklets 3 Dies, then stamped with TE's New Patriotic Prose - USA stamp with Colorbox Frost White ink and embossed with White EP. Pretty easy peasy, huh?... 8-)

Next up I'm featuring TE's Brand New American Flag Cutting Plate, along with the Brand New Banner Stacklets 3 Dies  again, and this time sharing the Brand New Patriotic Pose-Proud stamp as well for a different type of Patriotic card..
I created this one especially for my Darling Hubby, he's a retired Marine, and as the saying goes, once a Marine, Always a Marine! Ooo-Rah! ;-) So when I make my 4th of July cards that I send out to friends and family each year, I also whip up a few Special Patriotic type cards just for him for His Marine Corps Birthday, later in the year...  I used all the same steps as my sparkly American flag cards above, but just used regular Red Bazzill CS instead of Glitter tape, a more masculine/rustic patterned paper from Pebbles Americana 6x6 collection. and I used the New Patriotic Prose-Proud stamp instead... I hope he likes it! 8-)

We have lots more Amazing Goodies in store for you this morning, so hop on
over and see... 8-)

Here are the items I used for my projects today...

Hope you all have a Super day & Thanks so much for stopping in! 8-)
Thanks for stopping by!

  1. These are beautiful cards to send to Walter Reed. Hmmmm, great idea! Every home game, the Nationals sponsor military personnel from Walter Reed or somewhere (sometimes the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff comes with his Staff -- he's an Army General and actually sings the National Anthem sometimes too, but I digress), anyway, I could make a handful for at least that crowd and see if the Nats Office is interested.... Of course I'd have to buy the stuff first. :)
