Celebrate! 8-)

Hi All! hope you have all been having a Fantastic week so far!  It's been a busy one for me, as I am trying to work ahead a little as My DH and I are going to head out of town to Monterey for a few days next week Yay!  And I want to make sure I have everything in and ready to go before we take off.  And since I am just about finished with everything, I thought I'd celebrate, by playing along with a few challenges that I wasn't sure I'd have time to play along with.  But guess what, I do! Yay! 8-)

Unfortunately I don't have enough time to do a card for each one but I decided to combine this one and play along with the Fabulous ladies of CR84FN and their current Color Challenge #37, Iwona's Sketchbook Saturday Challenge #27, and Impression Obsession's Birthday Challenge

I really had fun putting this one together.  I've been really wanting to add a bit more vintage / shabby style skills to my repertoire.. I think I might be getting there, little by little... lol..  I know half the battle is having the right tools.. lol  So I am working on that little by little too!  Anyway, on to my creation! 8-)
I stamped my BG using I/O's CAC Music stamp onto some white CS from my stash and then shaded it up with a bit of Antique Linen Distress ink and then added a even more distressing with my Ranger Snow Cap paint dauber. The rest of my mats and BG panels were made with a combination of kraft CS form my stash and dp's from MME's All Girl Stack.  My Sweet little layered butterflies were made up with a few corrugated cardboard Butterflies from MAD Stamper Finds and a couple of Cricut die cut butterflies from my stash that I stamped with both the  I/O CAC Dots stamp &. the I/O CAC Swirls stamp using Tumbled Glass Distress ink. My I/O Sentiment was stamped onto a lovely little tag I made up with my SB Fancy Tags set using Memento Rich Cocoa, then shaded up with my E42 Copic marker, distressed with my Ranger Snow Cap paint dauber and then popped it up with a few dimensionals. And to finish it all up, I just added a few sweet adhesive pearls. Pretty easy peasy, huh... 8-)

Hope you all have a Fabulous Day & thanks so much for dropping in!
Thanks for stopping by!
