Taylored Expressions March Spotlights - Thankful Graphic Greeting & Flutter-bys! 8-)

Hi All! And a Very Happy Friday to you! 8-) Aren't you just Loving all the Fabulous New Goodies? Hope you are Loving them as much as I am! 8-) And just in case you didn't get a chance to stop by yesterday, I'm Sharing the news again...8-)  All of the new Taylored Expressions products are now available in the Fresh Out of the Oven Department. Whoo Hoo!! Time to do some Shopping! Yay! lol 8-)

Well, today I'm back to share a a couple of Fun little projects and the first one features the Brand New Super Adorable Graphic Greeting Thankful, and the previously released  Floral Cutting plate too!...8-)
I really had a lot of fun putting these cheery cards together.. Some more Chalkboard style cards as promised, lol this is one of the ideas I've had in mind ever since the February BD Studio Challenge.  So glad I got the chance to give it a go, & not to mention, it's always good to have lots of Thank you cards on hand...8-)
For my focal panels, I first lightly smudged my black CS with Frost White Color box ink , and **Very importantly, used my embossing buddy BEFORE stamping TE's Graphic Greetings Thankful image also with Frost White Colorbox ink, and then embossed it with white EP. (The Embossing buddy helps prevent the Embossing powder from sticking anywhere else but the stamped image..) Oh, and I added a bit more white ink smudges after embossing just for good measure..8-)
I matted my images up with various CS's from my stash and popped them up with a bit of foam tape.  My  BG card bases were created Kraft CSTE's Floral Cutting Plate and the Darling Doodlebug Hello Spring 6x6 Collection.. And to finish them all up I just added cute little buttons from my stash all tied up with Doodle Twine. Pretty easy peasy!...8-)

Next up I am featuring the Darling New Flutter-bys Dies, the Open Scallop Border Die, the Vintage Dreamer stamp set and the previously released Whimsy Alpha Dies too..8-)
OMGoodness can you believe it, another card with no Coloring! Gasp! lol ;-) I thought I'd just have some good old fashioned fun stamping and playing with our Awesome new Dies!! And I really had a lot of fun putting this one together too! Just Love how it turned out.. And it will be perfect for a Dear friend's Daughter who is about to graduate soon...Kind of a good inspiration for the future type card.. 8-)
I stamped the damask Vintage Dreamer image with Colorbox frost white ink onto Kraft & topped it of with Sweet Flutter-bys Die cuts. Next I Spelled out "dream" with my Whimsy Alpha Dies and popped them up with a bit of foam tape for some fun dimension.  My mats & BG layers were created with a combination of Kraft CS, light aqua and peach CS from my stash, the Brand New Open Scallop Border DieMy Classic Circles large and Small Nesties sets & some Pretty dp's from We R Memory Keepers Simply Spring 6x6 collection. To finish it all up I just added a few Want2Scrap adhesive pearls... 8-)
